Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 2026

1. Our Services

VK Speech Pathology provides speech, language and literacy assessment and therapy services for children, delivered in person and via telehealth. Services may be privately funded or funded through an NDIS plan.

2. Appointments and Bookings

Appointments can be requested through our website contact form or by phone. Bookings are confirmed once a time has been agreed directly with Victoria. We recommend arranging appointments as early as possible given limited availability.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee, in line with standard allied health practice and NDIS pricing guidelines where applicable.

4. Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth sessions require a stable internet connection and a device with video and audio capability. It's helpful to have a quiet, distraction-free space for your child during the session. If a session is disrupted due to a technical issue, we will work with you to reschedule or complete the session as appropriate.

5. Payment

Payment terms depend on how your child's services are funded:

  • Privately funded: Payment is due at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.

  • NDIS plan-managed: Invoices are issued to your plan manager in line with your service agreement.

  • NDIS self-managed: Invoices are issued directly to you for reimbursement through the NDIS portal.

6. Assessment and Therapy Outcomes

Every child progresses differently. While we use evidence-based methods and tailor therapy to individual needs, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or timeframes for progress.

7. Confidentiality

Information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable professional and legal obligations as a registered speech pathologist and NDIS provider.

8. Website Use
