Information is collected directly from you, typically through our website enquiry form, over the phone, by email, or during in-person and telehealth appointments. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, and enquiry form submissions are stored and managed through Squarespace's platform.

  • Assess, plan and deliver speech pathology therapy and support

  • Communicate with you about appointments, progress and account matters

  • Liaise with NDIS plan managers, support coordinators or other healthcare professionals involved in your child's care, where you have authorised this

  • Meet our legal, professional and reporting obligations as a registered NDIS provider

Client information is collected and stored using Squarespace's website and forms infrastructure. We do not use separate third-party marketing, booking or payment platforms to process client health information. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is only shared where necessary to deliver your child's care, and only with your consent, such as with:

  • NDIS plan managers or support coordinators named on your child's plan

  • Other treating healthcare professionals, teachers or allied health providers involved in your child's care, where you have requested or consented to this

  • Regulatory or government bodies where required by law
