Information is collected directly from you, typically through our website enquiry form, over the phone, by email, or during in-person and telehealth appointments. Our website is hosted on Squarespace, and enquiry form submissions are stored and managed through Squarespace's platform.

We do not use separate third-party marketing, booking or payment platforms to process client health information. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information is only shared where necessary to deliver your child's care, and only with your consent, such as with:
NDIS plan managers or support coordinators named on your child's plan
